Booking terms

By booking an appointment with Brow Flow, you agree to the following terms:

• Appointments must be scheduled via our booking system.
• Payment is due as specified, either before or after the service, depending on the service type.
• Please arrive on time. If you are late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.
• Deposits paid are non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under inappropriate influence or behaving disrespectfully.
• Services provided are personalized; results may vary and depend on individual factors.

Cancellation policy

To provide the best service to all clients, Brow Flow requires:

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge up to the full price of the scheduled service.
• Deposits, if required, are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs within the allowed timeframe.

Privacy policy

At Brow Flow, protecting your personal data is a priority:

• We collect and use your personal information solely to manage your bookings and provide services.
• Your data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for service delivery (e.g., booking system providers).
• Your information is stored securely and retained only as long as needed for business purposes.
• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.

This website

This website doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. Bookings are handled by SimplyBook.me in a booking window on this site, and it uses the cookies it needs for booking and signing in. The map on the home page uses OpenStreetMap data from OpenFreeMap and doesn't set cookies. "Get directions" opens Google Maps.
